This is our most common question! The license you choose depends on your need for exclusivity.

• Our Commercial Unlimited License is non-exclusive. This means you get unlimited commercial rights to use the print on any product, but other customers can also purchase and use the same print.

• Our Premium Exclusive License is fully exclusive. When you purchase this license, the print is immediately removed from our store and will never be sold to anyone else. It belongs to you, and you alone, for lifetime commercial use.

Both licenses include the high-resolution, layered PSD (Photoshop) file and a JPG.

All our products are 100% digital. No physical items are shipped.

Immediately after your payment is confirmed, a download link will be sent instantly to your registered email. This link will contain the seamless, repeating pattern file in two formats: a high-resolution JPG and a layered, editable PSD (Photoshop) file.

Due to the instant, intangible, and digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

Once a file has been downloaded or sent, it is not possible to offer a return, exchange, or refund (in accordance with e-commerce regulations for digital goods). If you encounter any technical problems with your file, such as a corrupted link or an incorrect file, please contact us within 7 days at andressa@andytextilestudio.com so we can resolve the issue.
